Head of Information Technology

🚀 We’re Hiring: Head of Technology – Mumbai (On-site)

BimaKart is seeking a visionary Head of Technology to lead our tech roadmap and manage end-to-end project delivery across Salesforce, websites, InsurTech platforms, and partner integrations.

This is a leadership role where you’ll shape the future of our digital transformation, manage cross-functional teams, and drive innovation with AI, automation, and scalable tech solutions.

🔑 What You’ll Do

Define & drive technology strategy aligned with business goals.

Lead Salesforce administration & development (configurations, workflows, automation).

Manage projects across Salesforce, InsurTech, and company websites.

Oversee systems management, bug resolution & troubleshooting.

Research & plan future projects in AI, automation, and InsurTech innovations.

Manage internal and external tech resources to deliver projects on time.

Collaborate with business, sales & operations to align tech with organizational needs.

Design scalable, secure, and efficient architectures.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Strong knowledge of Insurance & InsurTech solutions.

Proven experience in Salesforce Administration & Development.

Hands-on expertise in website development & management.

Solid understanding of software development practices & project lifecycle.

Strong leadership, team management & stakeholder collaboration skills.

AI enthusiast with an eye for adopting emerging technologies.

📌 Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

3+ years of experience in technology management roles (Insurance/FinTech preferred).

Salesforce certifications (Administrator/Developer/Architect) are a plus.
