• Develop & design robust financial systems & processes

• Ensure 100% compliance (IRDAI, RBI & statutory)

• Lead financial planning, budgeting & capital strategy

• Drive fundraising & treasury management

• Be the financial advisor to leadership & the Board

• Mentor and scale a high-performance finance team

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

• 8–10 years in Finance (Insurance / BFSI / FinTech essential)

• Expert in IRDAI & RBI regulations

• Strong track record in system design & compliance management

• A leader who can think big and execute fast
