Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.
  
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.
  

Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/annual closing.
  
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to management/stakeholders.
  
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
  

Risk, Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to statutory regulations (GST, Income Tax, ROC, PF/ESI, etc.).
  
• Implement internal controls, audit systems, and risk management frameworks.
  
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
  

Cost Control & Operational Efficiency

• Drive cost optimization initiatives across departments.
  
• Monitor financial KPIs and suggest improvements.
  
• Oversee procurement policies and financial discipline.
  

Funding & Investment Management

• Manage banking, investor relations, capital raising, and financial negotiations.
  
• Evaluate investment decisions, CapEx, and new business proposals.
  

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor the finance & accounts team.
  
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
