Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Information Technology located in New Delhi. The Head of IT will oversee the daily operations of the IT department, manage IT strategies, ensure the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure, and align IT goals with business objectives. Responsibilities include overseeing technology implementations, managing IT teams, developing and maintaining IT policies, and ensuring the security and integrity of company data.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Information Technology and IT Strategy
• Experience in IT Management and IT Operations
• Ability to manage and maintain IT Infrastructure
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
