Job Title: Insurance Tele-Caller (Delhi, Lead Generation, Insurance Broker) Job Summary: 3 Dimensional Insurance Brokers is seeking motivated and articulate Insurance Tele-Callers to join our Lead Generation team in New Delhi. As part of our front-line sales force, you will play a critical role in initiating client engagement, generating leads, and supporting business development. This role is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic about insurance services, possess strong communication skills, and are driven to contribute to a client-first, tech-driven insurance broking firm. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce insurance offerings and generate leads. - Understand customer requirements and present appropriate insurance solutions with accurate product information. - Schedule appointments and coordinate with the business development team for follow-up. - Maintain a database of leads, interactions, and feedback. - Meet daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and calling targets. Candidate Profile: - Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-calling, preferably in the insurance industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic understanding of insurance products and terminology. - Strong listening skills and ability to handle customer queries professionally. - Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.
