Job Description

Head of Human Resources

Experience: 8+ years

strategic and visionary HR Leader

This role focuses on four key objectives: Systematizing HR operations, Digitizing processes with modern tech, Overhauling Performance Evaluation, and Cultivating an accountable culture.

Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas:

Performance Management:
Design, deploy, and calibrate a modern Performance Management System (PMS) across all levels, ensuring objective, data-backed evaluations linked to pay and shifting the organization to continuous performance conversations.
HR Technology:
Lead the selection and implementation of a modern
HRIS/HMS
to automate core HR functions (payroll, leave, onboarding) and build real-time dashboards for leadership to track productivity, performance, and attrition.
Organizational Strategy:
Draft and enforce comprehensive governance (Handbooks, SOPs), drive succession planning, and collaborate with leaders to meet expansion goals.
Culture & Retention:
Champion a positive, inclusive environment, resolve conflicts, and implement data-driven strategies to retain top talent.
Candidate Profile:
8-10+ years in HR, 5+ in leadership, MBA/Master's degree, and
mandatory experience implementing HRIS software
and using data analytics.
