We’re Hiring: Head of HR

� � Location: India (Remote)

� � Regions Covered: India, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Middle East, North America

� � Reports to: CEO (Singapore)

We’re a boutique consultancy serving clients in the investment management space. We are on the lookout for a seasoned HR leader to help us shape the next chapter of our growth.

This is not your typical HR role. You’ll be:

✔ Owning HR, recruitment, and people ops across multiple jurisdictions

✔ Building culture in a distributed, high-performance team

✔ Partnering directly with leadership to drive org strategy

✔ Leading consultant training & development programs to drive career progression

✔ Laying the foundation for scalable and values-led talent practices

� � We’re looking for someone who: – Has 8+ years of progressive HR experience ideally with a professional services firm

– Has managed HR & recruitment in multiple countries – Is comfortable recruiting, crafting policy, building culture

– Can lead with empathy, structure, and strategic vision
