Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage payroll, attendance, and compliance with local labour laws.
• Coordinate training, development, and appraisal initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning for logistics/transport operations.
• Handle conflict resolution and ensure a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with department heads to support operational HR needs.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

• 5–7 years of HR experience

  minimum 3 years in Logistics/Transport/Industrial sectors

• Strong understanding of workforce management in logistics/transport operations.
• Excellent communication and people-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to international working environments.
