Location: Gurgaon - Hybrid

About This Role:
The Head of Growth and Partnerships will be a senior leader responsible for driving growth across SEO, partnerships and digital acquisition for our 45+ audience; end to end from traffic discovery to qualified leads. This is a hands-on operator + program manager (player-coach) role: you will build the pod, ship work yourself, and lead the team you hire.
A key thing to note is that scale must be earned without trading off our narrative or values. We prioritise durable trust, habit formation and search intent over noisy stunts or discount-led spikes.
This role is a core part of the leadership team, reporting directly to the founder. You will own the entire growth funnel, from initial traffic discovery to lead generation, ensuring the quality and efficiency of every acquisition channel. You will also build and mentor a team to execute a high-impact growth strategy.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnerships
  • Develop and execute a creative partnerships strategy to acquire leads from new channels, both online and offline.
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with online communities (e.g., mom telegram groups) and creators (e.g., YouTube video partnerships) to drive lead
  • generation for our free programs like the "14 Day Free Yoga Challenge," webinars, and quick courses.
  • Lead the planning and execution of offline activations, including events, workshops, and sponsorships (such as Garba events or Paralympics), and other
  • creative campaigns (e.g., marketing on medical pouches/envelopes or airport hoardings).
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Lead the overall SEO strategy to increase branded search volume and ensure top rankings for high-volume non-branded keywords.
  • Manage a cohesive SEO plan that includes on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and voice search to maximize traffic
  • discovery.
  • Measure and report on the success of all SEO initiatives, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
3. Performance Marketing & Digital Acquisition)
  • Own the performance marketing strategy with a clear mandate to achieve a ROAS of 3-4 and manage an annual budget of ₹3-4 crore.
  • Lead the planning and execution of all digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media, and other performance-based channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and market data to optimize spending, improve conversion rates, and lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
4. Program Management & Team Building
  • Player-coach: Start IC-heavy; in parallel, hire and coach a lean A-team across SEO, partnerships, performance. Shift from “doing 70% / leading 30%” toward a
  • balanced split as systems mature. (This model is standard in high-growth teams.)
  • Define cadences, dashboards, QA, and decision rights so work ships on time and lessons compound.

Key Results Areas (KRAs):
  • Traffic Discovery: Drive a significant increase in the number of searches and search volume for both branded and non-branded keywords across SEO, AEO,
  • and voice search.
  • Lead Generation: Maximize the number of leads generated from both digital and offline channels.
  • Cost Per Lead (CPL): Optimize CPL to ensure the efficiency of all marketing efforts while maintaining the quality of leads.
  • Conversion Quality: Ensure that all growth strategies maintain a high quality of conversion, aligning with the company's long-term business goals.
  • Team & systems: Hiring completed for the pod; weekly review rhythm in place; clear accountability systems.

An ideal candidate would have:
  • 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record in SEO, performance marketing, and creative partnerships.
  • Proven experience working on SEO for major companies and managing large scale performance marketing budgets.
  • Lived examples with our audience: You’ve shipped programs or content for Indian 45+ consumers (WhatsApp-first, YouTube/Facebook heavy) and can show
  • how language, pacing and accessibility improved conversion/retention.
  • Comfort building from zero: hiring, coaching, vendor management; startup pace and judgment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to attribute the success of different marketing mediums and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working in a startup environment, demonstrating the ability to work with budget constraints and find creative, high-impact solutions.
