Key Responsibilities: • Travel extensively across universities and colleges in India to promote our international programs. • Identify and onboard partner institutions through presentations, direct meetings, and contract signings. • Build and maintain strong relationships with college administrators, faculty, and student bodies. • Conduct engaging orientation sessions, seminars, and info drives in universities to attract student participation. • Strategize and implement regional sales plans to meet monthly/quarterly enrollment targets. • Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to align field activities with broader business goals. • Represent the company at educational fairs, exhibitions, and networking events. • Provide regular reports and insights on student interest, competition, and market trends. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the education, edtech, or study abroad sector. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building institutional partnerships. • Must be an executioner and ensuring targets are met on time • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach. • Willingness to travel extensively across India. • Must be willing to relocate to Chennai (relocation assistance can be discussed). • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
