Manager - Inside sales & Program operations

In this role at President Education, you will be responsible for overseeing both pre-sales and post-sales operations, requiring a high-ownership professional to lead the telecalling / inside sales team. Your main duties will include driving student enrollments, executing sales strategies, monitoring productivity, and ensuring strong conversion discipline. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate the telecalling / inside sales team to achieve monthly enrollment targets - Drive lead nurturing, counseling, and conversions through structured follow-ups - Monitor call quality, CRM updates, daily productivity, and reporting dashboards - Resolve parent & student queries and ensure a strong customer experience - Coordinate with travel, academic, and operations teams post-enrollment - Maintain discipline, ownership, and speed of execution across the sales funnel Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, admissions, or student engagement - Strong experience in team handling and target-driven roles - Excellent communication, persuasion, and conflict-management skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously - Prior experience in education, study abroad, or EdTech is preferred President Education specializes in Edutravel, offering certified programs that combine travel with learning experiences.
