About Us:

We are a leading international education company that organizes experiential learning and academic exchange programs for Indian students in global universities. Our programs focus on entrepreneurship, AI, robotics, innovation, and immersive cultural experiences in top international destinations.


We are expanding rapidly and looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our on-ground efforts across India.


Key Responsibilities:

• Travel extensively across universities and colleges in India to promote our international programs.

• Identify and onboard partner institutions through presentations, direct meetings, and contract signings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with college administrators, faculty, and student bodies.

• Conduct engaging orientation sessions, seminars, and info drives in universities to attract student participation.

• Strategize and implement regional sales plans to meet monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.

• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to align field activities with broader business goals.

• Represent the company at educational fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.

• Provide regular reports and insights on student interest, competition, and market trends.


Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the education, edtech, or study abroad sector.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building institutional partnerships.

• Must be an executioner and ensuring targets are met on time

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.

• Willingness to travel extensively across India.

• Must be willing to relocate to Chennai (relocation assistance can be discussed).

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
