Your mission: grow our patient base, integrate new clinics, and build partnerships with corporate wellness programs. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end patient lead management — from marketing-generated leads to paid consultations and long-term packages. Develop and execute clinic onboarding strategies across multiple cities. Pitch and manage corporate wellness partnerships with HR, hospitals, and fitness networks. Lead social media strategy and growth campaigns to build brand trust and patient engagement. Build and manage a small team for sales, marketing, and digital performance. Use CRM track performance and optimize conversion. Report directly to the COO/ CHO and collaborate with medical operations, tech, and creative teams.
