Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Financial Planning&Analysis to join our team and deliver insight to our customers across the business unit. The Head of Financial Planning&Analysis will play a relevant role in leading our Head of Financial Planning & Analysis team to deliver comprehensive insights across all cycles to our internal collaborators. To achieve this you will take overall ownership for the generation of insight across several areas and all cycles and be able to engage and drive action from a range of partners. Key Responsibilities: Managing a small team, taking full ownership of trading performance across all operational cycles and associated systems. Leading and enhancing the trading performance information process, with a focus on forward booking data—a key indicator of future business outcomes. This involves synthesizing complex data sources into strategic leadership materials and working closely with senior stakeholders to provide insights, commentary, and constructive challenges to guide decision-making. Planned improvements in this area include advanced data analytics, digitization of financial insights, and increased adoption of AI-driven forecasting models. Overseeing the cash flow strategy across multiple dimensions—from weekly committee reviews of short-term liquidity to full-year forecasting and long-range scenario planning. Required Skills and Experience: Looking for someone who has studied or worked abroad in a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role. Proven track record to interpret and present financial information efficiently. Outstanding attention to detail and a proactive, diligent approach. Outstanding leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing finance teams. Experience in international or multi-company environments is advantageous. Ability to set the agenda for self and team, with clear timelines, deliverables, and accountability. Ability to informally influence outside direct lines of report.
