About The Role

Head of Business Finance (CA) with 10-12 years of experience

The Head of Business Finance will lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes. This strategic role partners with senior leadership to provide financial insights, enable data-driven decision-making, and drive financial performance and growth. The ideal candidate is both analytically strong and business savvy, with a proven ability to lead lead and develop high-performing finance teams.

Key Roles Responsibilities:

• Budgeting & Forecasting:

   This role will be responsible to lead annual budgeting, financial planning process, drive forecasting cycles (annual/quarterly/monthly) with insights into variances, develop scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis, risk management tools/framework to make informed decisions

• Financial Analysis & Business Partnering:

  Provide insights to senior leadership through analysis of financial & operational data. Partner with business functions to evaluate operational efficiencies, growth opportunities & investment decisions. Monitor performance metrics/KPIs to track & drive business performance  

• Reporting:

  Deliver accurate & transparent financial reports, informative dashboards ,executive summaries to leadership & stakeholders.

• Team Leadership:

  Build, lead and mentor high performing FP&A team, establish best practices, tools & methodologies for financial planning & analysis. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration & continuous improvement.

• Stakeholder Relations:

  Communicate effectively with stakeholders both internal and external, including investors, auditors, and regulatory agencies

• IFRS Exposure :

  Should have had experience in handling the International Reporting and handled

international clients.

Key Qualifications Skills:

· CA is mandatory

·  Proven experience in a senior financial management role of at least 10-12 years

·  Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
