Head of Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Description: As the Head of FP&A, you will play a crucial role in leading the financial planning and analysis function to provide strategic insights and support decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis to drive the company's financial strategy and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic plans. - Lead the development of long-range financial plans and forecasts. - Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to assess potential risks and opportunities. - Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, providing insights into future performance. - Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. - Develop and maintain robust financial models to support forecasting and analysis. - Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends. - Communicate financial performance and strategy effectively to both internal and external stakeholders. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives. - Partner with other finance functions to ensure a cohesive approach to financial management. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred. - Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the aviation or transportation industry. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting. - Excellent leadership and team management abilities. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. - Proficiency in financial software and tools.,
