Job Description

As the Head of FP&A, you will play a crucial role in leading the financial planning and analysis function to provide strategic insights and support decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis to drive the company's financial strategy and operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Financial Planning and Budgeting:** - Develop and manage the annual budgeting process in alignment with strategic plans. - Lead the development of long-range financial plans and forecasts. - Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to assess risks and opportunities. - **Forecasting and Analysis:** - Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Create and maintain robust financial models to support forecasting and analysis. - **Reporting and Communication:** - Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends. - Effectively communicate financial performance and strategy to internal and external stakeholders. - **Process Improvement:** - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the FP&A function. - Provide guidance on cost control and resource allocation as a key financial advisor to senior management. - **Collaboration:** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives. - Partner with other finance functions to ensure a cohesive approach to financial management. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred. - Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the aviation or transportation industry. - Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting. - Excellent leadership, team management, communication, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in financial software and tools. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the aviation ground handling industry, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, leadership abilities, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.,
