We are in the process of expanding in 2 phases, First phase is 1.5 MT to 3 MT Brown field project and Second Phase from 3 MT to 10 MT Green Field Project, to ensure Vedanta’s strong footprint in steel business.

Position- Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Experience - 5-8 Years

Qualification – CMA/CA/MBA Finance

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support long-term business objectives.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, performance tracking, and variance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with business leaders to assess key financial drivers and provide actionable insights.
• Lead cost and profitability analysis, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control measures.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and capital expenditure planning.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, financial reporting standards, and company policies.
• Drive process improvements and digital transformation in financial planning tools and methodologies.
• Lead and mentor the FP&A team, fostering a culture of excellence and data-driven decision-making
