About Role:

AI-driven document automation start-up

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Sales

  • Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for enterprise clients across BFSI, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, government, and education.
  • Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles: prospecting, solution positioning, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Develop a consultative sales approach, aligning client needs with our OCR / document automation offerings.
  • Manage and grow key enterprise accounts, ensuring long-term revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Own sales pipeline forecasting, reporting, and revenue achievement.

Partnerships & Alliances

  • Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners.
  • Create joint go-to-market opportunities with partners to accelerate customer acquisition.
  • Represent the company at industry forums, expos, and networking events to build brand presence.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design co-marketing and co-selling initiatives with partners.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print designs.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Leadership & Strategy

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales & partnerships team.
  • Contribute to pricing strategy, contract structures, and value-based selling models.
  • Provide market intelligence on competitor offerings, trends, and enterprise buying behaviours.
  • Work closely with the leadership team on scaling revenue, GTM strategy, and fundraising support.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in enterprise sales/business development within IT, SaaS, AI, or automation domains.
  • Demonstrated success in closing large enterprise deals and managing CXO-level relationships.
  • Strong understanding of document automation, AI/ML, workflow solutions, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Experience in building and managing partnerships/alliances in the tech ecosystem.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Start-up mindset: hands-on, agile, and comfortable in a high-growth environment.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification in Business, Sales, or Technology preferred.
