Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven SEO Marketing Executive with 1-4 years of experience in search engine optimization and digital content strategy. In this role, youll take a hands-on approach to optimizing website content, improving organic visibility, and supporting the execution of broader SEO and digital marketing initiatives. Youll collaborate closely with content, design, and development teams to help grow traffic and improve online performance with an additional focus on supporting sales and market research efforts. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search visibility and relevance. Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO guidelines are applied across blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions. Monitor website traffic, rankings, and SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc. Support Sales and marketing teams by conducting market research and identifying market opportunities. Assist in link-building strategies and outreach campaigns. Stay up to date with SEO trends, technical SEO, algorithm updates, and industry developments. Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to align SEO efforts with overall marketing goals. Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities in the market. Analyse customer behaviour, trends, and demographics to inform content and campaign strategies. Track industry trends, consumer insights, and digital marketing benchmarks. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest data-driven improvements. Prepare regular reports and presentations on SEO performance and market research findings. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1-4 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or marketing research. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Proficient in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, etc). Strong skills in research, data analysis, and interpretation of trends. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Business Development - GM/AGM to drive business growth, sales performance, and operational excellence for our fast-growing IT start-ups. This leadership role combines long-term vision with day-to-day execution, focusing on revenue generation, team leadership, market expansion, and operational efficiency. Responsible for creating and accelerating revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, driving global expansion, and building a resilient business development team. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of the technology landscape with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and business innovation. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies and annual operating plans. Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to align business opportunities with innovation pipelines. Establish aggressive yet achievable targets for revenue, account growth, and market expansion. Build and lead SDR (Sales Development Representative) and inside sales teams. Implement robust lead generation, nurturing, and pipeline qualification frameworks. Partner with the CEO and leadership team to develop long-term business growth strategies aligned with the company vision. Define and implement strategic objectives for customer acquisition, market penetration, and product expansion. Translate market opportunities into actionable business models and execution roadmaps. Lead cross-functional planning for new product/service launches and monetization strategies. Own and oversee all revenue-generating functions, including B2B sales, partnerships, and client success. Establish quarterly and annual revenue goals; monitor and manage performance against them. Create scalable and sustainable revenue models for productized services, SaaS, and customized enterprise offerings. Align financial targets with operational workflows for improved margins and reduced CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost). Design and lead the business development roadmap across domestic and international markets. Build and manage a high-performing sales and BD team across verticals (AI-based, IT services, SaaS, platforms). Develop partnerships, channels, and alliances to extend market reach. Lead enterprise account management, upsell/cross-sell strategies, and multi-stakeholder deal negotiations. Identify new industries and use cases to diversify the client base and revenue. Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing business development professionals. Foster a metrics-driven culture using KPIs, OKRs, and performance dashboards. Create learning and development tracks for sales enablement and skill growth. Required Experience & Skills 10-20+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or strategy roles in technology (AI) - driven environments . Proven track record of scaling revenue from early stages. Strong background in building sales strategy, Business Expansion & Growth. Experience in B2B, AI-based, SaaS, IT services, or digital product companies (preferred). Hands-on experience in implementing and managing CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales enablement tools. Global market exposure preferred (especially US, UK, APAC). Experience with B2B enterprise sales cycles and solution-based consultative selling. Prior leadership roles such as VP/Head of Business Development, CSO, GM, AGM, or Revenue Head preferred. Educational Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Engineering, IT. MBA or Master’s degree (preferred) with specialization in Marketing, Strategy, Sales, or International Business. Certifications in sales, revenue operations, CRM tools, cloud (AWS Partner Sales), or enterprise solution selling are a plus.
