Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven SEO Marketing Executive with 1-4 years of experience in search engine optimization and digital content strategy. In this role, youll take a hands-on approach to optimizing website content, improving organic visibility, and supporting the execution of broader SEO and digital marketing initiatives. Youll collaborate closely with content, design, and development teams to help grow traffic and improve online performance with an additional focus on supporting sales and market research efforts. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search visibility and relevance. Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO guidelines are applied across blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions. Monitor website traffic, rankings, and SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc. Support Sales and marketing teams by conducting market research and identifying market opportunities. Assist in link-building strategies and outreach campaigns. Stay up to date with SEO trends, technical SEO, algorithm updates, and industry developments. Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to align SEO efforts with overall marketing goals. Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities in the market. Analyse customer behaviour, trends, and demographics to inform content and campaign strategies. Track industry trends, consumer insights, and digital marketing benchmarks. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest data-driven improvements. Prepare regular reports and presentations on SEO performance and market research findings. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1-4 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or marketing research. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Proficient in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, etc). Strong skills in research, data analysis, and interpretation of trends. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Location Gurugram Office Timings 10:00 AM 06:00 PM Working Days 5 Days Work Mode - Hybrid Salary Range - Upto 4.5 LPA - 5.5 LPA
