UI/UX & Graphic Designer

You are a talented UI/UX cum Graphic Designer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for blending user-centered design thinking with visually appealing graphics. Working closely with product, marketing, and development teams, you will play a key role in bringing digital experiences to life, from initial wireframes to the final visuals. Your responsibilities will include designing intuitive and user-centric UI/UX for both web and mobile platforms. You will create high-fidelity mock-ups, interactive prototypes, and design systems using Figma. Collaborating with developers, you will ensure design feasibility and consistency throughout the development process. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing marketing assets, social media creatives, and brand visuals using tools like Canva, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Your role will also involve creating motion graphics and short videos using tools like After Effects. To enhance your design process, you will conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to iterate on designs effectively. Maintaining brand consistency across all digital and print designs will be crucial. It is essential to stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge designs. You should be proficient in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lottie Files, and Rive. A minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design is required, and a portfolio showcasing your work is essential. Strong visual and interaction design skills, the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and handle feedback positively are key traits for this role. Having a good eye for typography, layout, and color theory is important, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. This position is based in Gurugram with office timings from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM, five days a week. The salary range for this role is INR 30,000 to INR 35,000 per month.,
