Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & Graphic Designer with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling design tasks and translating ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging UI/UX for web and mobile applications
• Create graphics, banners, social media creatives, marketing materials, and brand assets
• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to ensure design consistency
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and user experience best practices
• Revise designs based on feedback and improve usability
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies

Required Skills & Tools

• Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/UX and Graphic Design
• Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layouts
• Knowledge of UX best practices and usability principles
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
• Strong attention to detail and creativity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in designing websites, mobile apps, and dashboards
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX and graphic design work

Soft Skills

• Creative mindset with an eye for detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Problem-solving attitude and adaptability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,018.29 - ₹40,257.73 per month
