As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with product managers and engineers to understand user needs and translate them into user-centered design solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research through activities like user interviews and usability testing to inform the design process. You will be creating high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using industry-standard design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD. Ensuring UI consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms will be essential, along with actively participating in user testing sessions and iterating on designs based on user feedback. Your responsibilities as a Graphic Designer will involve creating visually appealing and engaging graphic elements for web interfaces, marketing materials, and social media. You will need to develop a strong understanding of our brand identity and translate it into compelling visuals using design principles like composition, color theory, and typography. Staying up-to-date on design trends and best practices will be crucial to your success in this role. Qualifications required for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience (UX) Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience), along with at least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Graphic Designer. A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills, visual design capabilities, and attention to detail is necessary. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a must, along with a solid understanding of UI/UX design principles such as user research, information architecture, and interaction design. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also required to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines is essential.
