UI/UX & Graphic Designer

About the Role

As a UI/UX & Graphic Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teamsincluding developers and product managersto design seamless interfaces, engaging visuals, and cohesive brand experiences. You'll contribute to the entire design lifecycle from research and wireframing to high-fidelity design and developer handoff.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups, and polished visual designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design accuracy and usability in implementation.
• Conduct user research and usability testing; iterate based on insights.
• Produce brand assets such as icons, illustrations, banners, and marketing creatives.
• Maintain visual consistency and uphold brand guidelines across all projects.
• Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in UI/UX or graphic design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems.
• Ability to create visually compelling layouts, icons, and graphics with strong typography and color skills.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for enterprise or SaaS applications.
• Skills in motion design or prototyping tools (After Effects, Principle, Lottie).
• Understanding of UX research methods and analytics.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
