Job Description

About the Role

As a UI/UX & Graphic Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including developers and product managers—to design seamless interfaces, engaging visuals, and cohesive brand experiences. You’ll contribute to the entire design lifecycle from research and wireframing to high-fidelity design and developer handoff.

Responsibilities

Design intuitive interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups, and polished visual designs.
Collaborate with developers to ensure design accuracy and usability in implementation.
Conduct user research and usability testing; iterate based on insights.
Produce brand assets such as icons, illustrations, banners, and marketing creatives.
Maintain visual consistency and uphold brand guidelines across all projects.
Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in UI/UX or graphic design.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems.
Ability to create visually compelling layouts, icons, and graphics with strong typography and color skills.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Strong communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

Experience designing for enterprise or SaaS applications.
Skills in motion design or prototyping tools (After Effects, Principle, Lottie).
Understanding of UX research methods and analytics.
Experience working in Agile environments.
