UI/UX & Graphic Designer

Role Overview: As a UI/UX & Graphic Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and delivering user-focused digital experiences. Your role will involve a balance of creativity, design proficiency, and the ability to work across both graphic and UI/UX design requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Create graphics for websites, social media, marketing materials, branding, and print formats. - Prepare, format, and refine designs for digital and print deliverables. - Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain high-quality output. - Develop intuitive and user-friendly interface designs based on user needs and product goals. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual layouts for web and mobile applications. - Conduct user research and usability reviews to refine design solutions. - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and content teams to translate requirements into effective design outputs. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Visual Arts, or related field. - 12 years of experience in graphic design and/or UI/UX design. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW), Figma, and other relevant design tools. - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and user-centered design practices. - Experience designing for both digital and print media. - Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within timelines. - Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Knowledge of AI design tools is an added advantage.,
