Role & responsibilities Research and build targeted prospect lists based on our ideal customer profile (ICP) Use tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Hunter, or Snov.io to source verified email addresses Craft compelling, personalised cold email copy (subject lines, body, CTAs) Set up and manage cold email sequences using tools like Lemlist, Instantly, or Mailshake Monitor campaign performance (opens, replies, positive responses, etc.) Conduct A/B tests to improve open and response rates Follow up with leads via email or CRM and schedule meetings Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) Stay up-to-date on email deliverability best practices (warm-up, spam rules, etc.) Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in cold email outreach, sales development, or lead generation (23 years minimum) Excellent written communication skills (fluent in English) Understanding of outbound sales and B2B buyer behaviour Familiarity with outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Lemlist, Mailshake, Snov.io, Hunter) Basic knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) Attention to detail and strong research skills Comfortable with numbers, tracking KPIs, and improving based on data Self-motivated, organised, and results-oriented
Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic. Conduct thorough SEO audits for client websites, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Keep abreast of SEO, search engine, and internet marketing industry trends and developments to ensure strategies remain current. Utilize AI-driven tools to analyze website performance metrics and generate reports, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies. Collaborate with the content marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and distribution. Manage keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve SERP rankings. Monitor and analyze SEO statistics such as redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and others to make adjustments to strategy as necessary. Coordinate with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code. Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and align SEO strategies accordingly. Provide actionable insights and regular reports to clients and internal teams on campaign performance, including ROI and KPIs. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in SEO and a solid understanding of Google Analytics, keyword tools, and SEO reporting tools. Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
