About the Role As a Web Developer, you will support the development of modern, responsive web applications by working on both frontend and backend tasks. You will primarily use React for building user interfaces and .NET Core for backend services. In this role, youll write clean, maintainable code, fix bugs, and help implement new features under the guidance of senior team members. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, learn best practices, participate in code reviews, and continue growing your skills as part of a supportive engineering environment. Responsibilities Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using React (frontend) and .NET Core (backend). Help build and update APIs and backend services under the guidance of senior developers. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and team members to implement new features. Write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices shared by the engineering team. Troubleshoot bugs and technical issues, and support basic performance improvements. Learn and stay updated with modern frameworks, tools, and industry standards. Participate in technical discussions and contribute ideas to improve the development process. Take part in code reviews to improve your skills and support a culture of continuous learning. Requirements Basic to intermediate experience with .NET Core and backend development fundamentals. Good understanding of React and modern frontend development practices. Familiarity with building simple SPAs, working with RESTful APIs, or backend integrations. Strong foundational knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and common frontend tools. Exposure to Azure services or any cloud platform (nice to have, not mandatory). Comfortable using Git and working in a collaborative development environment. Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Nice to Have Basic understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized applications. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps concepts, or automation tools. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes. Awareness of other frontend frameworks such as Angular or Vue.
