Job Overview: We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our sales and marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about IT, skilled at building connections, and eager to drive business growth through various digital platforms. Whether you're a fresher with a go-getter attitude or have up to 2 years of experience, we offer a supportive environment to grow, learn, and succeed. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and acquire clients through online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, Clutch, GoodFirms, and company website inquiries Write effective proposals and bids for projects on freelancing platforms Identify potential clients via email campaigns, cold outreach, and social media Deliver presentations and confidently pitch our IT services (web development, app development, UI/UX, etc.) Collaborate with the technical and design teams to understand service capabilities and deliver tailored proposals Maintain and update CRM tools with lead and pipeline data Follow up with leads regularly to move them through the sales funnel Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead conversion and client acquisition What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication and writing skills (English proficiency is a must) Familiarity with IT services and digital solution trends Hands-on experience (or basic knowledge) of platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. Strong research, negotiation, and presentation abilities Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about client success Previous experience in online bidding or business development in an IT company is a plus Why Join Brain Inventory?
