Design Systems & Motion Guidelines Define motion guidelines and style guide that can be reused across components and platforms. Create a scalable system for animation speeds, easing curves, transitions, and interaction principles. Work closely with engineers to hand off motion assets with clear specs and documentation. Collaboration & Delivery Collaborate with UX, product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure animations are implemented as intended.. Advocate for motion as a core part of the design language.
