Senior Motion Designer

About the Role

We're seeking aSenior Motion Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the motion design process

  from concept to final delivery, ensuring creative excellence and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with art directors, designers, and copywriters to

  develop visual concepts, storyboards, and styleframes.

• Animate assets forcampaigns, product launches, explainer videos, and brand storytelling.
• Contribute creative input topitch decks, style guides, and motion templates.
• Mentor and provide feedback to junior motion designers.
• Work closely with editors, producers, and sound designers to achieve cohesive, high-quality results.
• Stay current with motion trends, emerging technologies, and new tools that push creative boundaries.

Skills & Qualifications

• 58 years

  of experience in motion design, animation, or visual storytelling.
• Expert knowledge of

  Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Strong understanding ofcomposition, timing, typography, and visual rhythm.

• Experience in3D design tools

  (Cinema 4D, Blender, Redshift, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to

  develop visual systems and branded motion identities.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of animation and motion work across mediums.

• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with

  UI/UX motion systems

  and prototyping tools (Figma, Lottie, Rive).
• Experience with

  AI-assisted motion and video tools

  (Runway, Spline, Midjourney).
• Knowledge of

  sound design principles

  and how audio complements motion.
• Experience working with

  cross-functional teams

  in marketing, design, or product.
