We are currently seeking a talented Design Lead with over 8 years of experience in corporate branding, visual design, and professional motion graphics. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across various platforms while ensuring alignment with Arcesium's brand identity. Your responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and executing creative projects, managing resources and timelines to deliver high-quality assets on schedule. You will develop design solutions for corporate branding and communication materials such as banners, social media assets, videos, reports, presentations, emailers, brochures, web assets, packaging designs, and event designs. By applying core design principles and maintaining standardized design templates, you will ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines and optimize assets for consistent representation across different platforms. To excel in this role, you will utilize a wide range of tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, project management platforms, Figma, Blender, Spline, and AI-powered solutions. Collaboration and communication with internal teams and external partners will be essential as you present design concepts, provide guidance, and ensure quality control across all outputs. Candidates should have a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field along with demonstrated expertise in corporate branding and creative strategy.
