What You Will Be Doing Upon receipt, manage the ingest and QC of all production masters via the automated and manual workflows within the agreed service level timelines Ensure all approved assets are tagged and processed before they are passed through to our global postproduction teams Where necessary, liaising with production personnel and partner agencies to ensure that production masters and project files are delivered to spec Provide technical production expertise and continually drive production best practice Provide technical advice and support to colleagues for any final deliverables across platforms and channels Have a deep understanding of production workflows and the way broadcast equipment and production systems are used within the IIG group Provide input, advice and feedback on the use of technology and our current processes Operate equipment used in the Master Control Room and monitor and maintain technical equipment and systems and ensure standards are kept with minimum disruption to workflows What You Need To Be Great In This Role Be able to handle multiple projects at any given moment often under aggressive timings Have a sound working knowledge of all the various roles, functions, capabilities, equipment and applications across multiple production streams and disciplines Stay abreast of industry trends, new technology, ways of working and have the instinct to grasp and funnel emerging opportunities and ensure this knowledge is cascaded to teams Be proactive, self-motivated and enjoy working as part of team Be organised and methodical in their approach to work Motivate and lead production teams with enthusiasm Respond pro-actively to tight deadlines, remaining calm and personable even under pressure Experience in northern European markets and fluent in Swedish (preferably) 4-7 years of relevant experience in: Digital Print Motion Graphics UX-UI Artwork Production Automation Our Values Shape Everything We Do Be ?Ambitious ?to succeed? Role: Artworker Location: Remote working until further notice A Little Bit About the Role: This position is ideal for someone who naturally excels at providing practical solutions for label and packaging briefs. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with Artworkers and designers while working across multiple brands in the UK and EMEA regions. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING - You will produce high quality artwork in line with a given brief and industry?standards for both packaging and labelling formats. You will work collaboratively in a team. You will have a good understanding of typography, space, and layout as well as text?formatting.? Strong working knowledge of creating artwork for print, including colour?management, alongside digital skills to create pack shots. You will have a strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign,?Illustrator and Photoshop.? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with and support the artworker from their conception to final sign-off Ensure packaging and labelling artwork meet printing standards, such as colour, typography and logo. Ensure pack shots artwork meet digital/ website standards Correct and format documents before they're sent to the printers Ensure print ready artwork is consistent, accurate and follows any brand guidelines Adapt design for variable formats in digital print Set up, manage and archive accurate artwork files and supply to relevant?stakeholders Carry out proof checking prior to print What you need to be good at - Excellent artworking skills across integrated media and experience in?management of artwork collateral?of at least 2-3 years The ability to take, interpret and deliver creative artwork and presentation?projects.? A great team player with a client centric focus and the ability to build strong?and effective working relationships? A keen eye for brand consistency across multiple jobs Prior experience working in a?fast-paced?environment, ability to step into?projects as needed.
