What You'll Own:

• Lead video post-production: Own and manage video projects from the initial edit through to final delivery, ensuring every piece is visually stunning and strategically sound.
• Craft compelling narratives: Masterfully edit footage and animate graphics to create dynamic, emotionally resonant videos that capture attention and drive results.
• Define video standards: Establish and uphold the quality benchmarks for all motion and video content, ensuring consistency and creative excellence across every campaign.
• Mentor and guide: Act as a mentor for junior editors and designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of growth and innovation within the team.
• Execute with precision: Dive deep into the details of color grading, sound design, and finishing to ensure a polished, high-end final product that exceeds client expectations.
• Collaborate for excellence: Work in close partnership with AI Campaign Managers and creative teams to ensure the final video aligns perfectly with the initial brief and creative vision.

What You Bring:

• 4 - 5 years of professional experience in motion design and video editing, preferably within a creative agency or production house.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with 3D software such as Blender or Cinema 4D is a significant plus.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional skill in editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
• Proven experience leading video projects and a natural ability to guide and mentor junior talent.
• An impeccable eye for detail, timing, and composition.
• An openness to learning and integrating new technologies, including AI-powered video tools, into your workflow.
