Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Leverage digital marketing tools and strategies to identify and attract potential leads. Use online platforms, social media to generate and qualify leads. Maintain and update an organized lead database, integrating data from digital marketing campaigns and online interactions to track and manage prospects effectively. Market Research: Utilize digital marketing analytics and tools to conduct in-depth research. Analyze online trends, social media conversations, and digital industry reports to uncover new market opportunities and understand customer needs. Monitor competitor digital strategies and performance to identify gaps and opportunities for your business. Sales Support: Assist in the creation of sales presentations and proposals by incorporating insights from digital marketing campaigns and online audience behavior. Use data from digital marketing tools to refine and tailor sales materials to better address client needs and business objectives. Client Communication: Use digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing software, CRM systems) to manage and facilitate communication with potential clients. Follow up on business leads and nurture relationships using insights from digital engagement and marketing campaigns to personalize interactions and improve client relations. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, including insights gained from digital marketing metrics. Analyze data from digital marketing campaigns (such as lead sources, engagement rates, and conversion metrics) to provide a comprehensive view of performance and outcomes. Preferred candidate profile Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and persuasively, both in digital and face-to-face interactions. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint): Strong skills in creating and analyzing reports, presentations, and documentation. Knowledge of Digital Marketing Concepts and Practices: Understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media strategies, email marketing, google analytics, PPC(Pay per click), and analytics to enhance lead generation and client communication efforts. Strong Analytical Skills with a Keen Eye for Detail: Ability to analyze data from digital marketing and business development activities, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies and outcomes
