Senior Motion Designer

Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality motion graphics for a wide variety of content types including: Explainer Videos Logo Animations Infographic & Data-Driven Videos UI/UX Animations Product Demos Event Promos and Invitation Animations Broadcast Graphics Typography Animations (Kinetic Text) Social Media UGC Videos Work closely with the creative teamincluding graphic designers, copywriters, and video editorsto bring static designs to life with seamless and engaging motion. Translate storyboards and scripts into visually compelling animated sequences. Apply creative problem-solving and a design-thinking approach to overcome visual and technical challenges in motion projects. Manage animation timing, frame rates, transitions, and effects for best viewer experience. Utilize rigging, tracking, rotoscoping, and compositing skills as required. Optimize workflows for rendering and animation using AE Expressions and third-party plugins. Software Proficiency : Adobe After Effects (Advanced) Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (Basic) Cinema 4D & Blender (Basic) Figma (UI/UX animation) Red Giant Plugins, Duik, Mocha AE. Skills & Requirements: Strong grasp of animation grammar and motion design principles. Proficiency in motion tracking, rotoscoping, video editing, and visual effects. Ability to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced team. Excellent communication and time management skills. A problem-solver with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
