Creative or Marketing Agency Experience is Required.


Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can identify, connect with, and onboard new clients for our marketing, creative, and digital services.


You’ll be responsible for building and managing a steady pipeline of leads, conducting outreach, setting up meetings with decision-makers, and collaborating with our internal team to help close deals.


This is a target-driven role for someone who loves networking, understands marketing, and enjoys turning conversations into business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients in target sectors (e.g. eCommerce, real estate, healthcare, D2C, tech startups, etc.)


  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, networking, and other online channels.


  • Reach out to founders, CMOs, and marketing managers to pitch our services.


  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and senior team members.


  • Work closely with internal teams to prepare proposals and presentations.


  • Maintain lead tracking and follow-up using CRM tools or spreadsheets.


  • Achieve or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings, and closed deals.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales.


  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency, creative agency, or tech services firm preferred.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).


  • Comfortable with outbound communication (LinkedIn, email, calls).


  • Strong understanding of basic marketing and digital concepts (social media, performance ads, branding, etc.).


  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.


  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.


Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points)

  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpotor or Zoho.


  • Hands-on with lead-gen automation tools


  • Knowledge of different industries or verticals such as D2C, retail, tech, or healthcare.
