Motion Graphic Designer

Role Overview: As a Motion Designer / Interactive Designer, you will collaborate with the creative team to create innovative motion graphics, interactive prototypes, and dynamic visuals using industry-leading tools like Rive, Jitter, Framer, Spline, and Unicorn Studio. Your designs will enhance user engagement across various platforms, aligning with the brand and project goals. Responsibilities: - Create visually stunning animations, interactive prototypes, and digital experiences with tools such as Rive, Jitter, Framer, Spline, and Unicorn Studio. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and developers. - Design high-quality, responsive motion graphics for web and mobile applications. - Develop interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts and improve user experience. - Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and best practices. - Optimize designs for performance across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms. - Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users. - Assist in establishing and maintaining design systems, style guides, and documentation for project consistency. Key Skills and Requirements: - Proficient in design tools: Rive, Jitter, Framer, Spline, and Unicorn Studio. - Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, interactive designs, and UI/UX work. - Expertise in creating interactive prototypes, animations, and UI/UX assets. - Knowledge of design principles, including animation timing, transitions, and user-centered design. - Ability to translate brand guidelines and creative direction into visually appealing designs. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under deadlines. - Familiarity with front-end development and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus). - Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and design trends. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in agile environments or with cross-disciplinary teams. - Understanding of design systems and their implementation in digital products. - Familiarity with tools like Figma, After Effects, or Cinema 4D is a plus.
