Responsibilities: - Create visually captivating animations, interactive prototypes, and digital experiences with tools like Rive, Jitter, Framer, Spline, and Unicorn Studio. - Engage in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and developers, to actualize concepts. - Design and animate high-quality, responsive motion graphics tailored for web and mobile applications. - Develop interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts and enrich user experience. - Stay abreast of the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best practices. - Ensure designs are optimized for performance on various platforms, spanning desktop, tablet, and mobile. - Refine and iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users. - Aid in establishing and upholding design systems, style guides, and documentation to maintain consistency across projects. Key Skills and Requirements: - Proficiency in design tools, with extensive experience in Rive, Jitter, Framer, Spline, and Unicorn Studio. - Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, interactive designs, and UI/UX work. - Expertise in crafting interactive prototypes, animations, and UI/UX assets. - Familiarity with design principles encompassing animation timing, transitions, ease, and user-centered design. - Ability to translate brand guidelines and creative direction into visually appealing designs. - Effective communication skills and adeptness at collaborating within a team setting. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines. - Knowledge of front-end development and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus but not mandatory). - Eagerness to learn and keep up with emerging technologies and design trends. Design Systems & Motion Guidelines Define motion guidelines and style guide that can be reused across components and platforms. Create a scalable system for animation speeds, easing curves, transitions, and interaction principles. Work closely with engineers to hand off motion assets with clear specs and documentation. Collaboration & Delivery Collaborate with UX, product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure animations are implemented as intended.. Advocate for motion as a core part of the design language.
