Motion Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, timing, and storytelling, and be able to translate brand concepts into impactful motion visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics for social media, ads, websites, presentations, and videos
• Animate text, logos, icons, illustrations, and UI elements
• Develop engaging reels, short videos, explainers, and brand animations
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams
• Ensure brand consistency across all motion content
• Edit and enhance video footage with motion elements
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Stay updated with motion design trends and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, transitions)
• Good sense of typography, color, and composition
• Ability to convert static designs into engaging motion visuals
• Understanding of social media formats and video ratios
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience with FMCG / branding / advertising content
• Knowledge of 3D tools (Blender / Cinema 4D – basic level)
• Experience creating animated ads and explainer videos
• Sound design and basic VFX knowledge

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must share a motion design portfolio or showreel showcasing:

• Logo animations
• Social media motion content
• Explainer or brand videos

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
