Videographer & Editor

We are seeking a talented Videographer & Editor who can conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality video content—primarily reels, promotional films, corporate videos, and behind-the-scenes shoots—for our diverse clientele across industries like FMCG, healthcare, retail, and lifestyle. You will play a key role in bringing brands to life through visual storytelling that aligns with strategic brand messaging. Key Responsibilities: Shoot short-form and long-form videos, including reels, ads, testimonial videos, product demos, and event coverage. Handle all aspects of video production: setting up lights, camera operation, directing, and sound capturing. Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos optimized for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Add transitions, text overlays, subtitles, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics as needed. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to understand project goals and brand guidelines. Ensure timely delivery of video projects with high quality and attention to detail. Manage and organize media files, footage, and backups. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools. Strong camera handling skills (DSLRs, mirrorless, or cinema cameras). Familiar with lighting techniques and audio setup for indoor/outdoor shoots. Ability to conceptualize video content creatively and understand trends (especially for social media reels). Good understanding of framing, pacing, and storytelling. Basic knowledge of color correction and sound mixing. Excellent time management, team collaboration, and communication skills.
