Motion Graphic Designer

You are being hired for the position of Videographer / Motion Graphic & Graphic Designer at the head office in Navi Mumbai. Your primary responsibilities will include developing, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for various marketing campaigns, as well as designing and creating visually compelling motion graphics and animations. You must possess a Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, Film Production, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience. The salary range for this position is from 4 LPA to 6.50 LPA, and the role requires you to work from the office. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns. - Design and create visually compelling motion graphics and animations. - Leverage AI tools to enhance video editing, design workflows, and animation processes. - Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute design ideas. - Produce graphics and videos for online platforms such as social media, websites, and presentations. - Create animations for various projects, including explainer videos, promotional content, and digital ads. Key Technical Skills: - 4-5 years of experience in videography, motion graphics, and graphic design. - Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Acrobat) and Canva. - Strong understanding of video editing, color grading, and motion design principles. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Exceptional creativity and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
