About the Role: Video Editor

On the Job

• Edit videos (social clips, ads, explainers, product videos)
• Build storyboards, style frames, and motion concepts
• Create reels, GIFs, and animated content for social media
• Add music, voiceovers, sound design, transitions
• Simplify complex ideas through engaging motion design
• Color grade & polish edits with a cinematic finish
• Collaborate with design, product & marketing teams
• Maintain brand consistency & organized assets

Must-Haves

• 24 years in video editing & motion design (portfolio required ????)
• Pro in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong sense of pacing, vibe & storytelling
• Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.
• Familiarity with Figma, Rive, Lottie
• Highly organized & able to juggle multiple projects
• Team player who can also thrive independently

Good to Have

• Startup/fintech experience
• Passion for AI tools & creative workflows
• Ability to meme like a pro & spot trends before they trend
