Motion Graphics - Assistant Product Designer

Role Overview: As a Motion Graphics Designer with our Central Design Team, you will be responsible for owning and driving design projects from ideation to delivery. Your role will involve conducting user research, developing prototypes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, integrating feedback, and mentoring peers. Additionally, you will be expected to stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to enhance your work and inspire the team. Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive design projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring functional and aesthetically pleasing design solutions. - Conduct user research and usability testing to improve design outcomes. - Develop prototypes and wireframes to communicate design effectively. - Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life. - Engage in design reviews, accept feedback, and refine designs to enhance user experience. - Share knowledge with peers and stay updated on design trends and technologies. Qualifications Required: - Technical proficiency with motion graphics systems, video editing skills are a plus. - Expertise in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Rive, and Lottie Files. - Proficiency in basic vector graphics, illustration, and character animation. - Understanding of video compression and optimization for web and apps. - Knowledge in 3D software is a plus for creating dynamic animations. - Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, and typography. - Must have a portfolio showcasing diverse motion design work, including 2D/3D animations and app interactions.
