Fam is India's first payments app for everyone above 11. FamApp helps make online and offline payments through UPI and FamCard. We are on a mission to raise a new, financially aware generation, and drive 250 million+ youngest users in India to kickstart their financial journey super early in their life.


About this Role
We're looking for aVideo Editor & Motion Designerwho's obsessed with visual storytelling, has a sharp eye for detail, and knows how to make content that. If you live for clean cuts, dynamic transitions, and thumb-stopping animations, you'll thrive in this role. You'll help bring our brand to life across social, product launches, and more - collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and product teams to craft content that's both impactful and on-brand.

On the Job

    • Here's what you'll be doing:
    • Edit video content from scratch - including social clips, ads, explainers, and product videos
    • Build storyboards, style frames, and animation concepts
    • Create reels, GIFs, and short-form animated content for social media
    • Add music, sound design, voiceovers, and transitions to elevate storytelling
    • Simplify complex ideas through engaging motion design
    • Color-grade videos and polish edits with a cinematic finish
    • Work closely with designers, marketers, and product teams to execute creative briefs
    • Maintain visual consistency and ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines
    • Keep assets and files neatly organized and accessible

Must-haves (Min. qualifications)

    • 1-5 years of experience in video editing and motion design (portfolio required)
    • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and the full Adobe Creative Suite
    • Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, visual storytelling, and motion aesthetics
    • Experience in creating content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.
    • Familiarity with Figma, Rive, and animation tools like Lottie
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
    • Strong organizational habits for managing files and project assets
    • A collaborative attitude with the ability to also work independently

Good to have

    • Interest in AI tools and experimentation with new creative workflows
    • Experience working in fast-paced tech/startup environments (fintech is a plus!)
    • A solid meme game and pulse on current content trends
