About this Role
We're looking for a seasoned Senior Engineering Manager to lead and grow a high-impact engineering team at FamPay. In this role, you'll drive engineering excellence by balancing hands-on technical leadership with people management - delivering scalable systems that power millions of users.
You will own the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, foster a collaborative team culture, and align engineering efforts closely with business goals. This is a great opportunity to shape the engineering organization in a fast-growing fintech environment.
