Role Overview: As a Visual Designer on Tekion's in-house creative team, you'll be responsible for translating product features into compelling visuals that resonate with people. Your role will involve supporting various cross-functional efforts, from marketing campaigns to product storytelling, by delivering pixel-perfect assets that are strategically sound and emotionally engaging. This mid-level position is ideal for someone who excels in clear visual thinking, maintains high craft standards, and can adapt to supporting multiple teams in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Create clear, high-impact visuals for campaigns, product marketing, and internal communications. - Design product visuals, infographics, and presentations to simplify complex ideas and enhance the customer journey. - Maintain design systems through Figma libraries and branded templates, while crafting visual narratives to support various initiatives such as product launches, sales enablement, and executive communications. - Share your work effectively during team reviews and demonstrate the ability to work efficiently without compromising precision. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in visual/marketing design and brand communication. - B2B experience is essential. - Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop); familiarity with tools like Spline or Rive is a plus. - Strong skills in visual storytelling, presentation design, and experience working in in-house creative teams or high-velocity environments. - A systems mindset with the ability to think in scalable patterns and collaborate effectively across functions.
