Responsibilities
- Break down complex projects into manageable tasks for the team and maintain high standards in software design reviews.
- Define project scopes and influence Product and Engineering direction.
- Maintain code quality and system uptime, optimizing technical metrics and enhancing visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and resolve challenges across boundaries.
- Shape strategic direction, create roadmaps, and communicate plans and outcomes within the organization.
- Introduce new technologies to enhance scalability and reliability, mentoring team members and sharing knowledge.
- Lead recruitment, cultivate talent, and contribute to technology branding through open-source projects and speaking engagements.
Leadership
- Set vision and direction aligned with business strategy.
- Build a high-performance team culture, recognize and reward outstanding performance.
- Develop team members, providing growth opportunities and fostering a collaborative, Agile environment.
Qualifications
- Agile Development and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Continuous Integration/Deployment, Technology Strategy, and Cloud Computing.
- Secure Web Development, AI/Machine Learning, and Microservices/SOA.
- APIs/Web Service Integration, Change Management, and Technology Governance.
- IT Risk Management and IT Asset Management.
