Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Electrical Engineering, based at Buxar. The responsibilities include overseeing and managing all aspects of electrical systems and power infrastructure within the organization. The role involves leading a team of engineers, supervising the installation and maintenance of electrical equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, designing power distribution systems, and implementing advanced technologies such as robotics. The professional will work directly on enhancing system reliability and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Electrical Engineering, including design, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge and experience in Electricity, Power Systems, and related infrastructures
• Familiarity with Robotics and cutting-edge technologies for improved manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in Team Management, with proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage engineering teams effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a result-oriented mindset
• Understanding of industry safety and regulatory standards
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience in chemical; Paper ; Polyester and Petro- Chemical is preferred.
